"Really great hotel, it was close to the downtown, and the Mexican food was great. Only dislike was no cups or water bottles in the room. There was cups in the bathrooms but it seems like they don’t switch those out. "

"My husband and I book this place for a little couple getaway. Place is in a beautiful spot. Amazing views. Some parts of resort do show some wear and tear but with the climate it’s expected. Pools were great. Pool side service was fantastic. Loved having an adults pool only. The pool chairs fill up fast so get one early but we never really had a hard time getting some but just not prime spots unless you get there early. "Staff is extreme kind and welcoming. They make efforts to help you get everything you want. Food is not always good The beach is beautiful and there is big "traffic" : lot of boats, ships. And be aware, you can meet a crocodile"

"Jessica, our concierge, was absolutely amazing, god bless her. Every demand, question, reservation we had, she had an answer to and made it happen. It was my mother’s birthday and she set up happy bday balloons in our room for her when we got back to the room from lunch. The staff, the food, and the experience was all great. Will be returning."

"This was the second time we stayed at this property. We enjoyed it and had positive experience. minor issues is price of drinks at pool and beach and service was sometimes slow on the beach. We received massages from the hotel and they were GREAT!. Only issue that I don't think you can control is the beach merchandise sales."
