"Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...

"Cheryl is the property manager and she goes above and beyond for her guest. The resort was super clean and they everything we needed. TP, Soap, Bodywash, shampoo and conditioner along with a stackable washer and dryer with the detergent. Lots of extra towels and bedsheets. Would for sure stay again in the future. Thanks Cheryl.
