"We stayed here about 9 years ago and chose to stay again. Our room was the type that has a 'backyard' with our own hot spring (think jacuzzi with a water fall feature, surrounded by plants and flowers, and heated by a volcano). The thermal forest and hot springs near the main pool were also amazing and a nice option between La Fortuna adventures, or when the rain forest is 'doing it's job' (aka raining). "We loved the accessibility to the beach, clean resort. Good entertainment options and nice friendly staff. Beware if have food allergies, they don’t change the label while replacing food. "
