"Less than 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station. Very convenient location for tourists. Very nice guest room and public bath. Only thing I can complaint is the AC of the guest room floor aisle was bit too hot during winter. "

"If I could rate this hotel 6 stars, I would. It was the best stay of my two-week trip, and I’ll gladly return on my next visit. The property is immaculate, with top-notch service that’s attentive but never intrusive. The facilities are outstanding, the rooms are nearly silent, and having so many dining and transportation options—plus a spa—right at your fingertips is a huge plus. Next time, I’ll skip the Tokyo Metro and book a bus tour directly from the garden. The shopping options are endless, and being right at the airport makes everything incredibly convenient. My only minor complaint is the limited size options for house clothes, and a yukata would be a nice touch—perhaps available in the premier rooms. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will be telling everyone I know to stay here."

"It was great location . The restaurant and bar close @11pm. I hope they are open little longer. I stayed two nights at the hotel and It was closed both night when I back to hotel after dinner. "
