"The hotel room is very nice and clean. We just wish we had a round table with 2 chairs around it in addition to a chair for the desk. The size of the room did not allow this because the big bed is too big/wide. It seemed it is wider than a king size bed. The desk does not need to be that long to allow more length for the section to put luggage on. Amenities and facilities are good. "The location is very good and the property is well maintained. Only complaint was the gentleman at front desk that I asked about the spa he was not very patient and does not want me to finish talking before he talks. Very rare for a Japanese to behave like that."
