"Was in a very good location, walkable to a few attractions and Sapporo station and Sapporo JR. Underground walkway led all the way to Odori. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Service was ok as check in check out was automated which resulted in lack of human interaction/touch. "

"We stayed 1 night at Emion Sapporo. We arrived early in the morning, left our luggage with the reception and when we returned in the evening, our luggage were already up in our room. This is good service! The room is considerably big compared to most hotels in the city and very clean too. There’s a public bath in the hotel for us to enjoy a soak after all the walking! Overall, enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Emion. "

"Conveniently located near sapporo station and the entrance/exit of the underground walkway. Room not big but adequate and comfortable for 3 adults. Bathroom also great. Breakfast is ok, not as good as their sister hotel in Fukuoka where we stayed before coming to sapporo, and the staff at the restaurant is overzealous in assigning table to guests coming in, instead of just sit wherever you want in a relaxed atmostphere. Will stay here again if back in Sapporo though."
