"The property is absolutely beautiful and has an amazing beach and amenities. I was disappointed with the food at the Peninsula Restaurant and the Mexicanq. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. All the staff was extremely helpful and our server Adrian who helped us while we laid on the beach was fantastic. He had excellent customer service. I do recommend the ceviche restaurant, breakfast buffet, and steak at La Bodega. Very delicious food there. I do not recommend using Grayline...

"This fancy resort is great but not perfect. The staff is amazing but we got a little subpar treatment once we decided not to sign up for their resort membership (maybe this was a coincidence?). The resort is 35 mins from the town of Loreto. A complimentary shuttle to town would have been nice once you and the family exhaust the activities there. Otherwise it was probably the nicest place we have ever stayed at. "

"Pleasantly surprised by this place. Pepe and Jose Luis in the restaurant for dinner we're so nice. Breakfast service not that friendly and when I arrived I had three employees watch me carry two suitcases up the main stairs before offering help so that was annoying. Really nice rooms - spacious and beautiful dishware/glassware. Not soundproofed at all though. "

"From beginning to end our stay was amazing!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was beyond expectations for price. Great location. Close to marina and downtown. The only downside was not being able to go in the ocean in front of our hotel due to rip currents, but we were able to take a quick and easy Uber to a swimmable beach. Other than that this place is amazing!!"
