"Perfect for one night work stay- friendly staff, close to restaurants for dinner; able to purchase snacks/drinks at reception and toiletries etc if you needed anything. Didn't use the bar or restaurant. Walked out to Browns for dinner- few restaurants there- 5 minute walk..perfect. Wlaked to train station in the morning- less tan 10 minutes. Very handy"

"The location in the centre of the city is excellent, if a little difficult to drive up to due to traffic restrictions. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and understanding, providing really great service. We stayed one night and didn't experience the leisure facilities or restaurant, but our room was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. "

"As the name suggests it is a basic room but very good for an overnight stay especially if visiting the arena. No bar but bottles of beer / wine available until 23:00 - continental breakfast only. Basic size car park available with easy access. "

"Stay was good, curtains block out so much light it was great to have a lay in. Shower was great but shower screen not bug enough so water would go over the floor. A few stains on the carpet. Beds were comfy."

"An absolutely gorgeous hotel. The period features are stunning. Our room was beautiful. Great staff at reception & during breakfast. We'll definitely be back. Our room didn't have a great view but that didn't matter in winter for us."
