Unfortunately- we were there during the off season so half of the shops and restaurants were closed... which was a real bummer but even the restaurants that were open, didn't have a lot of patronage so I understand. "Had a great stay at this property. Very modern/contemporary build. Everything was walking distance and very convenient. We went Dec 25-27 so the offfice (which is in the same hallway as our room) was closed but they were available via WhatsApp 24/7. Security (keypad entry) was very good since there were 2 entrance points into that hallway. And the 3rd one was a card key into our room which securely put in a lockbox outside the room door. I was highly recommend this property if you plan to visit...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, using it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre. It was nice at the end of the day to be able to come back and relax in a quieter setting. We loved having the balconies where we could watch all the happenings in the area! The room was clean, had a kitchen that even had a dishwasher! Housekeeping came in daily and made the bed and freshened things up, that was an added bonus! "

"Near to the train station, if anyone wants to spend a night or two at La Spezia on a budget this place is hard to beat. Clean and neat, staff is only on property up to 2:00 pm, so if you arrive later than that you must follow the instructions they will send to your Whatsapp. I did, not a big deal, everything was straightforward. Location is great for the view & main town is not too far, but need to climb heaps of stairs to get there from hotel & difficult to get parking close to the main centre. "
