"The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us....

"We were visiting Monterosso as part of a roadtrip through Italy. "This accommodation was perfect for us. The room was modern and very clean, and we had access to a rooftop terrace which was perfect for a morning and afternoon picnic. The location is in the middle of Riomaggiore, with easy access to the train and many restaurants. Roberto was an excellent host, and very flexible, who gave us all kinds of information about the area. I highly, highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip to the Cinque Terre. "

"The hotel is located on a main strip so it is very convenient but it is very loud at night. People were partying at 2:00 in the morning outside our window. The check in office is located at a different location than the hotel making it very difficult to find.
