The staff (on all shifts) were awesome! They spoke English well and was always polite and friendly when engaged. The property was within walking distance (25 minutes or less) of most sites to see and a bit longer to the Vatican. Breakfast delivered to my room was a great touch as I didn’t have to leave to seek out the meal....
