"Bathrooms didn’t smell great. Later found out it was mold. Also it sucks having to put in you key card to start up the electricity in the room. Especially in the hot summer days. Customer service was amazing though. Very friendly staff. plus 7/11 is right across the street for those late night cravings :)"

"The cleanest and most spacious pod I have stayed in central Tokyo. Of course I’m rating this as a capsule hotel as it comes with most of the setbacks of a capsule (basically having to share everything lololol). Having said that, I think the only drawback was the space for luggage as the lockers were very narrow and even my wheelie duffle didn’t fit inside the locker. Everything was super clean and staff very friendly. "

"We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s quiet, close to Akihabara Station and there are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Rooms are tight if you’re used to American hotel rooms, but we were fine with two adults, two carry ons and a suitcase. We were really just there to sleep anyway, so it doesn’t have to be super luxurious. "
