"The room was a very nice size for Japan. It is easiest to arrive by taxi, but only about 10-15 minutes walk from a couple bus stops. It was about 15-20 minutes walk to good restaurants and shops. It was a nice play to stay. "

"I thought booked with breakfast but it wasn’t. We ordered at hotel which is too expensive as American breakfast. That’s is totally rip off. Sushi also terrible, they sushi without wasabi. Next time l will bring bento box."

"Property is showing its age a bit but was obviously a luxury hotel at one point. Everything is very clean and the staff are excellent. We took advantage of the available breakfast every day and it was very good. Here again the staff were great and even offered to package breakfast for my son who could not get to the restaurant on morning. Location is great if you have a car (we did). "

"This is a special place with excellent service. The private onsen was wonderful! The room/cabin was so comfortable, clean, spacious, well stocked, excellent products, safe, and private. "Hotel is great, only 2 problems. First, the shuttle bus schedule is broken, only 6 rides each day. It would be better by each appointment pointing or taxi ride discounts. Second, lag of massage staffs also makes the appointment broken because hotel have more empty bed than customer usage. "
