"Property ideally centrally located. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room could do with an update, towel rail connection held together with tape, dusty in some areas, generally clean, no remote for tv but can be controlled by buttons on the side of the tv, this gives you restrictive control. "the young lady who checked us in was really good explained everything and we were in our room within minutes ,pool and gym are great hot tub not very hot and saunas not working ,breakfast was ok nothing special offered nothing other than buffet breakfast ,bed was to soft for me "

"Lovely room, not so nice view of some kind of plant room, couldn't have window open because of the noise from it, lovely breakfast, plenty of choice and hot. Thought the £20 changed for using pool excessive, so didn't use it. Would stay again "
