"I did have trouble getting through to the hotel by telephone before our arrival which took hours but eventually someone answered and was able to answer my query. The rooms were a very good size. We were a family and had 2 rooms next to each other with an inter-linking door which was perfect. Staff were friendly and very good service."

"Friendly and Respectful Staffs Very Nice Place to Stay Clean and quiet Spacious Waiting area with Riestaurant you can order foods and can relax too in the lobby. With Swimming pool and Gym Light is not to bright which I really like Very Convenient Very Relaxing. Excellent. Will choose again to stay if we go again to Bristol in the future. Many Thanks! 😊"

"The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. They had done a lovely balloon and card for him and kindly left some delicious sweet treats and Prosecco for us! It truly made it feel so special. Thank you!! I did struggle a little with the constant low hum which I couldn’t work out the source of (maybe fans on the roof?) which did drive me nuts but I’m a light sleeper! Overall excellent! Thank you"
