"There wasn’t enough staff so check in was terribly slow, we waited over half an hour which I think is unacceptable as we had a reservation for dinner so ended up running late. But the staff were lovely and helpful, it’s not their fault they were understaffed. Our sat was great, breakfast was fabulous. The room wasn’t spotless, I found a few rouge short and curlies in the shower but again the poor cleaner was struggling to clean all the rooms on her own! GET MORE STAFF!!!"

"Stayed here in a twin room on the third floor for one night on a Saturday night. Beds were comfortable, no noise in the Hotel or outside and slept well. "Great location and extremely convenient to have the free parking that we could come and go from and which was a 2 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly. Good breakfast with extra choices included to order like pancakes and omelettes. The room had a nice style - the brown decor looked modern rather than 70s - which I had wondered when booking from some of the pictures.
