"Would recommend for a stay in Bristol "

"Hotel is really nice, bar area welcoming and great design, there is a pool and gym onsite. The room was comfortable and there are extras included bottled water and snacks Couple of bad points. £5 to park over night. The room still have a tub of fruit under the sofa bed not removed from a previous guest We stay in Bristol regularly and would use this hotel again "

"Amazing standards.. wonderful shower- ghd straighteners- Dyson hairdryer as standard.. bikes available to ride to the shopping centre- such a convenient location.. staff all friendly & welcoming - will definitely re-visit Loved it! "

"The Night potter wasn't helpful. Didn't give proper directions to get to the room. We arrived by 8 pm but the room wasn't ready which was okay as the lady receptionist was nice. She advised us the night potter would make up our room. We arrived later and check in with him. He just gave us the keys, didn't tell us where the room was. We proceed to wonder around trying to find our room. So we asked him on the way, he said take a left at the door and it is just there. And that he had told me earlier. I felt it was my mistake and apologised. When i asked my wife she said he did jot twll us where the room was in the first place. I let it go and proceed to the door and took a left as he told me and we reached a first floor and still couldn't find it. So we went back to the reception with our luggage to tell him that we couldn't find the room. He then said you got to go out of the main door , cross the road and go to the building to the left which isn't what he told us the first time too.my 7 year old son felt that the receptionist was a bit rude and wasn't interested in helping. He could have clearly told us that we had to exit the building and get into the road in the first place. This is not what you expect after travelling 7 hours. Nice property but would not recommend due to the service received. The Morning reception/manager was great very helpful as he had to cut 2 new keys as the 1st ones were made just for 1 night though we booked a 2 night stay. "

"I stayed here for 2 nights with my partner. The first room we had , had no heating other than a portable radiator as the heating unit didnt work, we also had very noisy neibours( not the propweries fault) they moved us as soon as we requested. . There was no beer on tap in the bar , however there is a pub that shares the car park. "

"A really comfortable stay, and a great night's sleep, that felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of Bristol, but still close enough to other amenities that you don't feel isolated. I didn't have dinner on this occasion, due to other commitments, but the menu looked very enticing. Breakfast was well presented and tasted amazing. Just what i needed whilst working away from home. "
