"I was lucky & had the whole cottage to myself. It’s a very quaint 400 years old cottage in the beautiful & peaceful Wiltshire countryside. Very homely & comfortable. Steve was very welcoming & provided a delicious English breakfast. I highly recommend this stay & look forward to returning in the future. Great value!"

"Room was extremely small - no room for suitcases or bags. Midgies were an issue and had to close window - being so small the room was super stuffy. A fan was available which helped a little. If stairs are an issue for you - find somewhere else. Okay for a quick one night stop but wouldn’t recommend for any longer. Dinner (lamb) was amazing - highly recommend the food. "

"Loved our stay at the Lighthouse. We arrived rather late after a full day at Longleat, but it was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Check in was friendly and the room was lovely and impeccably clean. Breakfast was tasty and my gluten/dairy free husband was well catered for and my son couldn’t wait to try out the play area!
