"Second or third stay at the Keep, previously in the tower suite, now a flying stop so a "basic" downstairs room. Despite being street facing at ground level it's absolutely quiet. I live on a busy main road & this room was so much quieter than home. Palatial room with perfectly comfortable bed, large shower, microwave, fridge, etc. No staff on site most of the time which always makes me a little nervous, but I've never needed them, & the price reflects it. If I want 24hr staffing I'm welcome to pay (a lot) more for the privilege, but won't, should the fates send me to Yeovil again, I'll stay at the Keep happily. On-site parking is quite tight, & if you struggle with difficult parking I'd suggest a quick look on foot on arrival before you take the car in. (When booking (via Expedia) breakfast appeared to be a £67 option (not a lot less than the room cost), which I'm sure was an error. I didn't need breakfast, so it was no bother to me, but might be worth verifying if it would be a problem for you.) "

Furnished like a show flat but it's the little detauls that really make this: the cotton buds/pads in the bathroom, cereals in the cupboard, milk and yoghurt in the fridge... But also the often overlooked items in reviews like the shower - great pressure and heat, towels were big, fluffy and robust, more than enough hangers in the wardrobe....
