"The room was ok, comfortable bed, quiet area. Unfortunately the tv didnt work properly, staff came to look at it but couldnt sort it and there were no maintenance staff available, offered another room but that tv was the same so just had to make do. The towels were only small, didnt cover up, did have to ask the next day and were given bigger towels but shouldnt have to ask really. Overall ok but for the price would have expected these issues not to have occured ."

"Great location, only 10 mins walk from Victoria coach/tube station. Staff very helpful. Quite noisy from room above and to the side. No lift so if on 4th or 5th floor be prepared for lots of stairs. Lovely continental breakfast and breakfast staff. "

"I had an amazing time at this hotel during the holiday season. The hotel staff were wonderful and accommodating when I arrived. I arrived too early to check in so they allowed for me to store my bags while I explored. The room was nice and cozy. The staff were exceptional in helping me when needed.
