"All of the staff were wonderful! Very welcoming and friendly, at all times, especially Mohit who checked us in on the first night of our stay! The drinks were astounding and the rooms were very well kept and comfortable! The only slight downside was that the room was incredibly hot, even with the aircon on full so it was a little hard to get to sleep, bur aside from that everything was astounding! "

"The room was ok, comfortable bed, quiet area. Unfortunately the tv didnt work properly, staff came to look at it but couldnt sort it and there were no maintenance staff available, offered another room but that tv was the same so just had to make do. The towels were only small, didnt cover up, did have to ask the next day and were given bigger towels but shouldnt have to ask really. Overall ok but for the price would have expected these issues not to have occured ."

"This hotel is in an excellent location- almost diagonally opposite Gloucester Rd tube, many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Small Waitrose by the station and bigger Sainsbury's approx 10min walk. Although it is situated on a busy junction our room was in the back and on basement floor. We heard no traffic noise at all.
