"The property was very well maintenence. Some friendlier than others but overall very accommodating. The food was ok but it seems as if you were a black bands member you were treated slightly different. Sky rooftop had premium liquor but thas reserved for other members. "I felt very safe also the place was very clean and welcoming the room was clean and I love the night shows and best of all I had lost my bathsuit and at the lost and found desk I got it back. The staffs were always very helpful and treated us as family overall I would recommend GR Solaris to anyone wanting to visit Cancun 10/10."

"Due for the second upgrade. Rooms were clean and inviting. Staff was great! Pools were warm. Buffet had heat options. Biggest downfall was restaurant dinners. "

"The property is very nice! The rooms were spacious and all the amenities (pool, elevators, lounging areas, hot tube, entertainment, VIP options) were very good. The all-inclusive package had a lot of good food options from the breakfast buffet, room service, and late night snacks. The resort included a good variety of international restaurants (French, Asian, Mexican, Italian, American and Mediterranean). Our only complaint was our room mattress. It was worn towards the middle. "

"The property is beautiful, with stunning ocean views. The layout is also esthetically pleasing. Lots of spaces to lounge, in and outdoors...although a little challenging poolside. Many options for dining and what i sampled was very good. My favorite being Asiana restaurant. The downside was a challenging check in and additional costs for services that i feel could come with the cost of our stay."

"My overall experience was amazing. The property was updated and very modern, with the building being in amazing condition. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and accommodating. Great food options and room service. Just now it is definitely a party hotel, so take that into account. Only complaint I have is that water in the rooms smell bad, don’t use if you can help it. Overall would definitely recommend. "
