Great location right in the heart of Hotel Zone. Although not all inclusive, in Cancun we did excursions outside throughout the day but can come to a quite and peaceful hotel with a connected beach.

We enjoyed our stay so much. All though this place is not all inclusive, the breakfast that’s offered here is great. The beach is stunning and walking distance to everything.

It was a very cozy, clean, relaxing experience. Maybe not the most modern accommodations, but very homey and well designed. We keep kosher and there were multiple kosher restaurants in walking distance and its not too far a walk from the central tourist area. It also had the best beach by far of all hotels in the area. We would definitely do it again.

The room that we had was very nice and clean. The only negative was the location was next to the main road so was quite noisy. The beach was excellent, very clean and safe to swim. There could have been more umbrellas around the pool. Overall it was a great vacation.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. Whether we asked about the best beach, restaurants, transportation or just anything they were happy to help. And that’s everyone from front desk to groundskeepers to housekeeping to beach staff.

The beach is perfect. The hotel was very busy mid January. People claim beach loungers at 8 am sharp and by 9 am you couldn’t get a palapa. That was the only downfall

Nice little hotel on a great beach with clear, calm water. Absolutely nothing to do here except go to the beach and pool; which is the best way to get some R&R. I’m families traveling with children struggle to entertain the kids.

My husband and I enjoyed this property. Unfortunately most of the rooms don’t give you a beach view but we upgraded and it was gorgeous. The beaches are very calm and beautiful, and it is very family oriented. And the best part is that the people who stay there are normal! They just want to have a good time. No one was getting super drunk or rowdy. And most people had normal bodies and they weren’t the kind that had been in the gym all year for this trip. Food was good, not great. They had a breakfast buffet and a beachside restaurant with a lot of variety. Walkable to the grocery store and to several restaurants. Clean rooms, great water pressure. We really enjoy our stay.

Stayed here for mini getaway with husband leaving the kids at home with my in laws. Best location. Amazing beach access and loving Juan from restaurant.!! Checking in and checking out was a breeze. Even printed my boarding pass for me. Just love our stay will come back again this time with extended family and with my kids.

I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT STAY HERE!! There is mold in the rooms and they cover it up with paint. There is mites aswell ! I had stayed one night and got so sick from the mold they turn the ac on so high so you don’t realize but thank god I realized on time. They were not helpful and very rude about helping me get my full refund! If you want to get mold in your system and sick then stay here if not please save yourself and never book this place

The property is good. Beach front but at least the room I got was noisy. The air conditioning didn’t work properly. At the beginning it was too cold and couldn't make it warmer. I had to open the window. Next day it was off and I couldn't turn it on. Besides that everything was all right.
