My room with a river view was immaculate and was a luxury to come back to after great days touring Hoi An and Danang. The location is fantastic and in walking distance to everything. "4 star hotel but the service is without a doubt a 5 star standard (would indicate a higher level if there was one). The staff were incredible from day we arrived till the day we left. This includes the reception staff, bell boys to housekeeping. Extremely attentive and always polite and quick to action. We had some issues with the air conditioning upon arrival and as soon as we voiced our concerns the staff provided temporary alternative room and organised engineers to resolve the issue. They...
