"Everything is exactly like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are brilliant and helped with anything we needed. They will happily organise tours for you if you would like. We stayed here 2 nights and very much enjoyed. Most places are within a mile so you can walk easily. Even after we checked out and had to wait in the lobby for our transfer they held our bags and gave us free cold water while we waited. I could not recommend enough."

"The staff here are amazing ! They were over the top wonderful. Hotel in great neighborhood as well and easy to walk or take a grab car. They even picked us up at airport free of charge. We also had a huge bag of laundry done. De nang is a very busy , noisy city and the staff made our trip so lovely . Breakfast was delightful too with good assortment of food available . "

"Spacious, cosy , well decorated and friendly staff, especially the gentleman at the entrance who always offers help and his great smiles are so comforting. I like the balcony despite noise from nearby restaurants but it can be stopped when the window is closed. The beautiful swimming pool on the roof garden is relaxing though it’s rainy season. It can be appreciated if the old towels are replaced. Overall, we enjoyed the stay in this hotel."

"Great location - restaurants, cathedral, Han Market, dragon Bridge, han river and river side walk, many massage places and laundry places all few minutes walk. Being in city center can't avoid traffic noise. Great room with plenty of light, gorgeous view of the han river and dragon Bridge from room. Clean comfortable room and bed. All amenities worked well.
