"I arrived in Vietnam to find that my luggage was still at my departure airport. I explained to lovely smiling ladies as I was checking in, that I would need to get some clothing to see me through until it arrived. They were more than happy to assist and gave me directions to a shop around 10 mins walk away from the hotel. Super grateful as the clothing options were aligned to my style of dress. "Great clean roomy hotel 10 minute walk to beach, 20 minute walk to Han river with its bars and restaurants. Local sights easily accessible by taxi or walking from hotel. Overall great hotel in great location."

"The location and service at this hotel is the best. There are all types of shops and restaurants around within walking distance. The staff are so friendly and nice, they went out of their way to help customers. The breakfast buffet is good, there are many different choices every day. We will stay here again."

"The hotel lacks a lift to get to the first floor from ground level. It is not wheel chair or handicap friendly. The rooms infront are fairly noisy as the noise from the street is reflected up. The breakfast is reasonable for the price of a night. The staff is considered reasonably priced for locals so we get many lower income tourist living here even from the PRC. Their children can be very noisy. Prepare to be nudged at breakfast as they will push their way in."

"The staff at Belle Maison was very friendly and kind. We visited the spa which was a nice experience except that the room and linens (towels) smelled like food. Could be because the restaurant is one level above. Also the WiFi in our was a little spotty. This property is a great location as it is across from the beach with many restaurants at your doorstep. One morning I watched the sunrise from the rooftop pool. Views are just BEAUTIFUL! "

"is a nice place which located just 1 min walk to seaside ..always can enjoy the seaview .However the hotel and room hygiene condition not as great as seen on posted picture.The floor akways feel dust and sticky and the wardrobe top cover with dust as well as the standard fan cover with dust too..Found cigaratte butt on the floor at my room after check in .The major issue the recep service was sucks and dont know even a simple english and how to communicate with foreigner guests??"

"I stayed 4 nights and the room was not serviced at all, so had no re-issue of water, toilet paper, fresh towels, and bin was overflowing. There were signs of previous tenant’s marks on bedcover, and fridge turned off every time we left the room. No tea/coffee facility in room and TV did not work. Conversely, there is a nice little restaurant on the ground floor, and the room was bright, with plenty of storage space. Big windows but could not open because no insect screens."
