"We loved this resort! Location is convenient if you want to walk places. POOLS: There were lots of pools and they were impeccably maintained. (Only one was warm though) FOOD: The buffet was the best of any AI we've been to! Cannot think of anything they could add or change to improve it! The steakhouse had the best steak I've ever had in Mexico. ROOM: The room was good. Not special, but very clean. Always had plenty of clean towels. Bed was firm but comfortable. Could have had better pillows. The fridge was replenished frequently and loved the in room liquor dispensor! Housekeeping never bothered us, and room was cleaned perfectly each day with sometimes a surprise towel animal! GOOD: The staff is trained very well and are good at their jobs! I loved that there was never trash or cups laying around- every single employee, from management, entertainment, life gurards to tour sellers would stop and pick up anything that needed taken care of. I liked that there were no visible tip jars (but please always tip!!). No one selling spa or time share! The only "selling" was tours and if you said "no thank you" they would smile and wish you a nice day and move on.Also, we arrived at 10:30 am and our room was ready! We were very pleased!! CONS: cold pools and hot tub, The italian restaurant and sports bar need noise reduction. Only had drink servers around the pool on some days. Room doors SLAM loudly. More chairs around the pool or cubbies. Need resort map in room."

"Great stay! Property and room was very clean and well maintained. The food was better than at most all-inclusive resorts and had a good selection. Beach was small, but nice and there were three pools - one "party" pool and two others. We had a room overlooking the main pool and ocean, which was nice for having coffee in the mornings or relaxing before dinner. Lots of options for activities, if desired. We would definitely return."

"Amazing hotel with my 8 and 12 yr old. Awesome shows every night restaurants with huge variety pool had something for everyone, main pool great entertainment, calm ocean, beach volleyball and bikes to ride through property. Staff great! . "
