"Food options are great. Many nice pools. Calm and clean beach. Didn’t like that the only swim up bar in pool was for adults only and not entire family. Double beds are very small and uncomfortable. Everything else was great. Lobby coffee shop is excellent. Buffet was always great for breakfast and lunch. Steakhouse and Japanese restaurants were great for dinner. No reservations at restaurants but could be 1 hour wait when they open at 6. First come first serve. I prefer reservations "

"The staff was exceptional, and my daughter adored the kids’ club. The food was also good. My only complaint is that you only receive two bottles of water, and the hotel expects you to refill them at a fountain down the hall. However, aside from that, I would definitely return again"

"We were really impressed with the food quality at this hotel - everything we tried was delicious. The liquor selection was decent, though some of the whiskey didn't quite match its labeling, which was a bit disappointing. We were also surprised they didn’t offer tamarind margaritas, especially since tamarind trees are so common in the area. The pools were a highlight for us - we loved how they were lightly heated, making them just the right temperature for a relaxing swim. The French restaurant was a standout; every dish we had there was fantastic. While the buffet breakfast was well-executed and convenient, we would’ve appreciated an option for a sit-down, made-to-order breakfast to mix things up a bit. Unfortunately, two people in our group of six ended up with some stomach issues during the trip. We’re not sure what caused it, but we didn’t eat or drink anything off the property, so it might’ve been something here. Overall, though, we had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends or family looking for a solid Cancun getaway."
