"This place I booked for Ten days in Cancun. When I got to the property, the owner told me that the place is fully booked, and I should ring Expedia for my money back. I finally get hold of Expedia. They contact the owner and this guy told them that I didn’t show and wouldn’t refund my money. So I’m back in the US and Expedia has try again and he still refuses to refund my money. So don’t book this place or do not pay upfront. 😡👎"

"great for families with kids. a lot to do on site. a lot of dining options but need to use their app to book reservations in advance or else you wont get a table for dinner. the grand buffet is always available as back up option if you didn't a spot in restaurant for dinner. all the staff are very nice and friendly. very close to airport too."
