"I stayed at this property in early March and I’ve been to others in Cancun and so far this one has the best food. They do have a buffet open for breakfast , lunch , and dinner that does not require reservations but the food was exceptional and it did not disappoint for any time of the day. I really didn’t mind the other restaurants needing reservations since the staff is able to help you reserve for a couple days straight , I will say get there to the reservation table exactly at 10am so you don’t have to wait in long lines to reserve. The beach was super clean. The only downside was that my room seemed to be very old although the pictures on booking looked like they were remodeled. I did read that they have only certain rooms that are remodeled which does suck. Overall the room was clean but didn’t meet my expectations compared to what the resort looks like I was expecting a nice room. "

"This resort exceeds any and all expectations! I absolutely loved it there and it was beautiful. The buffet and bar are always great. The pool and entertainment are always amazing. The staff make the experience so much better than anywhere I've experienced! The most amazing staff there are Eladio, Pedro, David, Eddy, Miguel, Isaac, Rosalindo , Felix, Samuel and Carlos. The fact that I can remember these people so well attests to the service I received! Amazing resort and I recommend everyone go!"
