"Customer service was great and not ikea bathroom "

"Joe (night manager) who booked us in was amazing, he was so lovely and made sure I had everything I needed. Very good breakfast, good selection of items. Bed was so comfortable and I did not hear anything during my stay!"

"Everything was great except we ordered food at the hotels restaurant but they did not complete the entire order. I returned to ask them to complete it and the chef said he would bring the food to the room but they never did"

"The room was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable but there is a distinct lack of sound proofing between rooms, especially if you happen to have a connecting door. Also there didn’t appear to be any plug sockets near the bed for chargers. So, maybe when the rooms are refurbished, management could possibly think about usb sockets nearer to where people would need there devices to be. "

"We only stayed one night but it’s right next to the bridge so it’s pretty much around everything, the restaurant downstairs was very good as well. "
