We had the best view in London (The Tower of London) the most comfortable bed, the hotel is right next to the tube but what really makes it worth while is the staff. From surprise birthday balloons when we arrived to the nicest man who helped us at 5:30am. This staff actually cares about your experience. And that matters. 10/10!"

"Where to even start with this amazing hotel? Me and my partner have always loved Citizen M hotels but wow this particular one is just out of this world. All of the staff there are just so so friendly and welcoming! We stayed for 3 nights and actually wished we could have extended our stay just because of the great vibes there. "Sightseeing shopping theatre and catch up with friends. Great location next to the city in bustling Shoreditch. Overground stop a few minutes walk and Liverpool Street station a mere ten minutes walk. Compact room but with an enormous 2m by 2m bed, rain shower, black out blinds etc etc. There’s a Pret virtually next door for breakfast and snacks on the fly. "
