"The Green Man Hotel is an ideal place to stay near Harlow. The restaurant is very good, with good choice and great staff. We did have a small problem with breakfast the next day where they were understaffed. We order breakfast as part of our room rate, however, we did not get seen for over 20 mins and had to go. Requested a refund for the breakfast, which after some discussion, was agreed. We will definitely stay again, but may not request breakfast. "
