"It was a great stay and the hotel were very accommodating. We were upgraded for being a good member and that was lovely. The small issue we had was that I wanted to dry my hair and the hairdryer was quite poor but that didn’t stop us from having a great time! Breakfast was good however we chose not to pre book and when we sat at the table we were a little confused as to what was included in the £21 and had to ask the staff a couple of times as they didn’t seem to understand either!
