"We had a great stay! The unit we stayed in had nearly everything we needed including laundry machines in unit, pots and pans, and even some snorkeling gear (not a full set but that's okay!). It was great being able to wash our clothes as it reduced the amount of clothes we needed to pack. We also enjoyed spending time by the pools. Also, for those who don't mind walking, the resort is a ~20-25 minutes walk into the main downtown area. "

"Big island retreat is located in a super quiet and beautiful area near the shore. Our guest room (orchid) was clean and spacious with a partial sea view, and our check in was very convenient. "This place is a gem. It’s not too far from Kona Airport. We stayed in the Japanese tea room which is a very unique stay. It’s a very comfortable spacious room that has a very comfortable queen bed, nice t.v. With Amazon Prime, YouTube and other options for viewing entertainment, a BIG bathtub and a separate shower in the beautiful bathroom. "Incredible resort with access to the other Hilton properties nearby. The grand scale and the beauty of the pools and walkways took our breath away! You could spend endless hours exploring it all. Our room was well appointed, we enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. Staff were helpful and friendly. Maid service could be more thorough. Would most certainly stay here again."
