"One elevator out but wasn’t a problem while we were there. Called the night before to say we’d be there around 8am and to confirm they can hold luggage. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised to be offered early check-in instead. This was appreciated as we were able to change, freshen up and squeeze in a nap. "The Marlin is very handy for the Westminster attractions, the hop on hop off bus tours and Thames cruises. The Waterloo and Lambeth North tube stations are nearby as are great pubs and restaurants. The rooms aren’t big but the bed was comfortable. I don’t understand why I was charged £60 for an early checkin when the room was ready - we’d just finished a 25 hour trip and I had two sick daughters. We checked out at 6am Our next stay was in Belfast - no early check in charge there! "
