"Our stay at Basoan was amazing. It was a nice central location from which to take day trips into Bilbao or around the region. The hosts were very helpful and generous. "We really enjoyed our stay as from start to finish the owner and staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From getting a drink to getting around Bilbao. Amazing views and so peaceful location if you're looking for serenity and wilderness this is the place to go. We'll definitely be back!"

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."

"We had a great stay. Accommodation spot on and the breakfast was great. Didnt seem to be a good area to stay but was ok. Friendly reminders from local shop keepers to keep safe from pick pockets. Great for access to everywhere. We walked but plenty of buses. Would use again."
