The staff at check-in and check-out were very helpful and professional. The shuttle to the airport is exceptionally convenient. The breakfast is great. Everything is ideal. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but clean. The noise level is a problem at this hotel, however. Twice I had trouble sleeping because guests in rooms next door or above were loud. It's a soundproofing problem with the building. You can hear through the wall as if they are paper thin.

I found this hotel very convenient. The staff was helpful, especially the morning staff. The breakfast was very nice with many options. My room was noisy however. The family next door was incredibly loud until 11:30 pm. Kids screaming. Adults yelling at kids.

We checked in to the hotel fairly quickly, however we were given a room with three single beds instead of at least a double bed, since it was inconvenient for my wife and I sleeping in separate beds. And my wife tried two beds trying to find one that was comfortable, as she said it had something in the middle of the mattress that made it hard to sleep. During the 2nd evening, the room temperature was at 24C. and I tried to set it to 19C. before going to sleep. I woke up about 90 minutes later as the room was extremely hot. I found that the heater had gone on automatically and the room was now over 28C and climbing. I called down to the desk and they told me that the A/C was turned off so there was no way to cool off the room, and they suggested I turn off the thermostat and let the room cool down. In order to do this I had to open the window and it took over an hour to cool down the room enough to be able to sleep. I would suggest the hotel put a note on the thermostat during the Fall/Winter that says there is no way to cool off the room and to turn off the thermostat to lower the temperature.

The hotel was close to the airport, which was the whole purpose. It is safe and clean and offers airport shuttle service. However, not too many dining options, especially if you don’t have a car. For me, it did the job

The hotel shuttle service starts at 5:00am and runs every 30 minutes which is very helpful for early flights. We dropped our rental car at the airport the night before and took the shuttle to the hotel. This was a good idea because there is very limited parking at the hotel.

The hotel is a good option for a quick stay near the airport. It has a lot of parking options and includes an average breakfast. The room I was assigned to had a broken AC and the hotel was fully booked. The staff was super helpful and provided us with a fan and water and changed us to a different room the next day. I would definitely recommend for a quick stop! Main highlight was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew!

It’s an airport hotel and, as such, it provides a convenient location to reach the airport rapidly, a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, and rooms to stay for a few hours before reaching the airport. Basic hotel but it meets travellers basic needs.
