"I booked this for our week in London in early December of 2024 and the room was great, the location can't be beat really and the staff were so lovely. I made a mistake when I booked on the bed size and they were super nice and got us into a room with the right bed. The hotel is nice and cozy in a non-touristy area very close to Victoria Station so it makes getting around super easy. Easy walk to the Buckingham Palace as well. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!"
