"El hotel está completamente recién remodelado. La ubicación exelente y los cuartos están remodelando. El único problema es que la que limpia te recoje la cama y te pone toalla limpias. Pero usan un mapo para el area del baño que tiene pelo y las paredes del baños también había pelos negro y en las sábanas también. Pedimos que nos limpiaran el cuarto. Cuando regresamos lo mismo, pelos negros en las sábanas y en el baño. Mi esposa tiene el pelo color rojo. Que se notaba la diferencia y fueron 7 noches.Tambien no barren porque había un papel color rojo en la esquina de la cama y estuvo toda mi estancia hay. Nadie lo recojio. Le tome foto. Tiene que tener más personal que hable español. Denny casi saliendo de su turno me recibió mi check-in. Porque no había más nadie que hablara español.Denny tiene 5 estrella. También los muchachos de la cocina. Muy agradable gracias al señor cesar y su equipo de trabajo. Muy buen trato y la que me prepara el cafecito maggi y victoria y Anthonio. Tremendo equipo de trabajo. El personal de mantenimiento debe tener un régimen más estricto en cuantitos a los utensilios para su limpieza por lo demás la estancia fue de nuestro agrado volvemos muy pronto. Primero gracias a denny sin él mi opinión hubiera sido diferente. Gracias a cesar,Maggy,Antonio,Victoria excelente equipo de trabajo en la cocina."

"While most of these reviews are people complaining about the dated property. We had the best 8 day stay. The furniture was just fine and met our needs. The room was large enough for five. The in room washer and dryer was amazing! The balcony firework view was great! Don’t get me started on the endless hours after Disney we spent at the wonderful pirate ship pool. I would recommend this resort to everyone. We will be back again in the next year! Great place to be and stay!"
