"The hotel terrace and pool area are wonderful. There was no microwave and coffee maker in the room although when I booked the room it said it has a microwave and coffee maker. The common area coffee machine was broken too. The room was not very clean but it was okay."

The atmosphere in the lobby with the art and music give off a nice relaxed vibe. There are some things that can be improved: in the bathroom towel racks would be good instead of small knobs; the ecofriendliness as per hotel's wish could be followed easier and the towels would dry. "It had a great European feel to it. It had its own washer and dryer; spacious, rain-style shower; and open floor plan. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed it. The staff was freat, especially when we had an overnight shipment delivered. The only drawback was not receiving the pre-checkin email to understand parking in advance. "
