Great view from room, and a lot of space. But room had a very uncomfortable bed, not enough shelf/closet space for two people, and no reading light. Loved the pools though - especially the one reserved for Nobu guests - and very grateful that they were heated.

Heavily understaffed for NYE. Beach: ran out of towels, cafe: 30min wait for hot food, poolside: 1.5hrs for a burger, room attendant: no show for minor request. Staff clearly stressed out. Front desk were great though. Beautiful property but service negated it all over this busy holiday.
