I only stayed for a few hours to wait for a late flight after a cruise. My few hour stay there was great. The only negative thing I have to say is the employee at the check out was rude. Her demeanor was like she had an attitude

When we got to property at 4 pm which is checkin time we where told no room available - explained the need for a room they found us one - but when we came back to the room at 11 pm AC wasn’t working correctly and no one could find us another room or get it fixed was miserable all night !

We have stayed at this hotel for several years prior to our cruises. I do like the new restaurant but the dinner menu is very avant-garde and not to my taste. Buffet breakfast and service outstanding. HOWEVER with this being said BRING BACK THE WATERSIDE DINING VENUE BAR AND RESTAURANT......IT IS SORELY MISSED.

The staff was amazing we had a beautiful room easy to check in and they gave us an upgrade for very reasonable price. We also had a credit towards food and beverage that was not expected. They gave us water at the front when checking in. It was a great experience!

Booked an a more expensive intercostal view and was given a lower priced marina view. Called to verify I was indeed in the right room and they said I was. They agreed the booking descriptions were misleading. Don’t pay more for a intercostals view when it’s the same price as the marina view.
