Many selections at breakfast and thoughtful inclusions in the room; staff, notably Hannah made sure we were well taken care of & our airport transfers arranged well. "

"This hotel may be rated as a Four star but the staff were five star. They were very helpful in arranging tours and the restaurants they suggested were great. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. It is located in the old quarter of Hanoi where the traffic was crazy - more scooters than I have ever seen in my life and where people work and eat on the sidewalks during the day. If you want to be part of the action, this is a great location. Jimmi and his staff made our visit to Hanoi a great experience. "
