"No spa, pool was empty, air conditioning didn’t work in our room so had to move. The bathroom flooded when the shower was used. Our door key didn’t work but we had to report it three times before it was fixed. Very tired and run down building eg. A cupboard in the restaurant area had a door held on with sellotape . "FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. "We stayed at the Royal Palace Hotel mid to end of october and enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. Jimmi and Jennie demonstrated top notch hospitality. They helped us arrange everything we asked for. My friend and I took a 2 day unforgettable tour at Ha Long Bay which Jimmi arranged. After we came back from the tour, our room was upgraded to a bigger one with balcony. If you are looking for a hotel with 5 star service, this is the place. Highly recommended."
