"It feels like you enter another world once you get into the hotel. You first need to remove your shoe as you enter the hotel. Instead of going to a check-in counter, we were asked to sit and they come with all the check in papers. While waiting for them to check our passport, we were serve some Yuzu water. "Check in staff was rude. Showed me a piece of paper in English (was instructions to check out) and asked me to “check it”. He wouldn’t allow me to read it on the spot and asked me to move away from the counter. It wasn’t even busy at the time. There’s mold in the air vents at the reception. I hope they clean it cause it can be dangerous to anyone’s health who is exposed to it "
