"Clean room; friendly and efficient staff. Great location for visiting Kyoto. Only minor downside is that the room was a bit warm for my preferences, as the hotel centrally sets heat or air condition (and it was set to heat during my visit)."

"Hotel was spotless. Staff was helpful and friendly. The public bath was awesome. 1 thing we liked was, on the TV, there is notification of how busy the public bath and the breakfast area was. As well it notified you if the 4 coin laundry machines were being used and how much time is left on each. Great hotel. Close to the subway."
