Note that you do need reservations for the outdoor hot tub (we were late arrivals and early departure, and did not check on the process for that). Nestled between dramatic mountains and the calming waters of Loch Linnhe, the location offers a sense of quiet seclusion that’s hard to come by. The inclement weather kept us indoors more than planned, but somehow that only deepened the stillness and made the setting feel more intimate. The hotel itself maintains a gentle charm—warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for recharging away from the bustle. A special mention goes to the incredible staff who made our stay feel effortlessly relaxed—always attentive yet never intrusive. Breakfasts were wholesome and comforting, and the vegetarian dinner was a pleasant surprise, offering a thoughtfully prepared meal that didn’t feel like an afterthought.
