"We received the only room on the 9th floor. It was the largest room we stayed in our entire time in Japan. It had a spacious balcony with a little Zen garden that overlooked the city. The front desk was very friendly and helpful as well. I can't speak for every time type, but the one we stayed in was great."

"All hotel staff are unfailingly polite and professional, plus spoke decent english. Messaging them ahead of time though, requires you to be proactive as they are busy. In the Queen Comfort Room, as a solo guest, I had good space but two people will be tighter so you have to move stuff around. I prefer not to keep my suitcases on the floor of my hotel rooms so to do this, I had the folding luggage rack and the ottoman/footrest of the sitting chair as an elevated space for my large check-in...

"This hotel felt very central - it was easy to get anywhere! The hotel was clean and the staff waa great. I see a lot of reviews saying they didnt feel "safe" and there were weird men hanging around... well not in the hotel - but the hotel is on the edge of the red light district - so the men are just doing their business asking other men to enter for their girls. I felt safe and was never approached aggressively. "
