I had one of the new ground floor rooms, but it had no desk (only a small round table which was no good for working on) and practically zero draw space. Also, housekeeping was poor (I came back to find my curtains still closed, lamp still on, wet towel still on vanity sink unit, and only one of the two mugs washed up, with the other...

"Stayed there a few times. Lovely modern hotel in a pleasant and convenient setting. The staff are always most considerate and the cuisine excellent. Rooms are pleasant. BUT******** This time there was a problem with the water pressure: bath dribble delivery, shower the same (for cold water and left me with just boiling hot). Toilet wouldn't flush well enough to clear waste. Cold tap failed to deliver drop of water one morning - if anyone in a nearby room uses cold water it seems to deprive...

"We have stayed here many times and every time we have a great experience. The rooms are lovely, spacious and modern. The staff are always friendly (especially Lucy and Lynette :)) who will go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect.
